MIME Conference: Sponsorship
The Music Industry + Music Education Conference brings together people working in music education with employers, entrepreneurs and business leaders from across the music industry to discuss the best ways to support future music talent, both on-stage and behind the scenes.
The MIME Conference is curated and presented by the Pathways Into Music Foundation, a not-for-profit organisation that connects music education and the music industry through research, resources, training and events. We support music educators and music talent development programmes around the UK and beyond, and help early-career music-makers plan their personal pathways into music.
Our 2025 Conference takes place on Saturday 22 November in Manchester, at Band On The Wall alongside the UnConvention conference. We are aiming for an audience of approximately 150 people working in music education and the music industry. The event will also be promoted widely to the existing MIME mailing list of more than 2500 people working in music education across the UK.
There are a number of ways you can support the conference and reach all of the educators and industry professionals that attend the event, as well as the 2500 people on the MIME mailing list.

| BASIC CONFERENCE SPONSORHIP • Logo in ‘supported by’ banner on website, on-stage branding and all marketing materials. • 50 word promotional copy in MIME mailer sent to 2500 people working in music education in early October and November. • Full page advert in the MIME print guide distributed to everyone attending the event. A PDF of the guide will also be available online and promoted to the MIME mailer, plus via editorial in the CMU Daily, delivered to 25,000+ music business professionals. • Five tickets to the conference. • This package costs just £500. |
| PREMIUM SPONSORSHIP: LUNCH All the benefits of the basic package plus… • A free lunch will be served to all delegates and this will be officially presented by your company. • This support will be highlighted in the MIME guide and on-stage. • You can display banners and distribute print materials during the lunch period. • A total of ten tickets to the conference. • This package costs just £2000 (and could be split between joint sponsors). |
| PREMIUM SPONSORSHIP: DRINKS All the benefits of the basic package plus… • Complementary drinks will be served at the end of the conference (4-5pm) and this will be officially presented by your company. • This support will be highlighted in the MIME guide and on-stage. • You can display banners and distribute print materials during the drinks period. • A total of ten tickets to the conference. • This package costs just £1500 |
